Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old to use Fintective. By using the service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

Fintective provides tools, analysis, and software features intended to help users review and understand financial activity. Features may change over time as we improve the service.

Fintective is an informational tool only. It does not provide financial, investment, tax, legal, or other professional advice. You remain solely responsible for your decisions and actions.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for ensuring that the information you provide is accurate.

You retain your rights in the data you connect to Fintective, and you authorize us to process that data as needed to operate the service in accordance with these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

You agree not to misuse the service, including by:

• interfering with the operation or security of the service;
• attempting unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or data;
• using the service for unlawful purposes;
• violating the rights of others; or
• submitting data you do not have the right to use or disclose.

If you purchase a paid subscription, billing will occur on the schedule presented to you at the time of purchase.

Paid subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You may cancel through your account or billing controls. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods unless required by law.

Your use of Fintective is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information.

Fintective may rely on or integrate with third-party services. We are not responsible for third-party services, and your use of them may also be governed by their own terms and policies.

Fintective is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and accuracy.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fintective will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising out of or related to the service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fintective's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the service or these Terms will not exceed the greater of (a) the fees you paid to Fintective in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) US $100.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Fintective from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or related to your misuse of the service, your violation of these Terms, your violation of applicable law, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

You may stop using Fintective at any time and may delete your account through the product. We may suspend or terminate access to the service if necessary to protect the service, comply with law, prevent abuse, or enforce these Terms.

If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas about Fintective, you grant us the right to use them without restriction or compensation to you.

If you have a concern or dispute regarding Fintective, contact support@fintective.ai first and we will try in good faith to resolve the issue informally. These Terms do not require arbitration.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we may notify you by email and/or through the service. Your continued use of Fintective after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

We are committed to making Fintective accessible to users with disabilities in accordance with WCAG 2.1 Level AA and applicable law, including the European Accessibility Act. If you encounter an accessibility barrier, contact privacy@fintective.ai and we will work to resolve it promptly.
